Clear Mind

How many different ways can you be stressed out? Financially, emotionally, physically, existentially - the list is endless, especially these days when the world seems to move faster and faster. Every day introduces another crisis for us to stress about.

“I love the teachers — they’re wonderful! It’s a genuinely free space that helps pull you out of the day-to-day whirlwind and gives you real quality time and a meeting with yourself.”

“I learned more about myself and what I’m feeling. Also, seeing certain things from another angle and meeting some really lovely people in this group ☺️.”

You can choose many different ways to cope with stress:

  • You can take time off and go on vacation, or exercise and get a massage.

  • You might talk about stress with your therapist.

  • You might find yourself zoning out at work or distracting yourself with another activity.

  • You could even try a meditation app or talk to AI about your stress.

Many of these methods, while extremely useful, only deal with the outermost manifestations of stress and do not offer us a lasting solution.

One only has to think about how many vacations one has gone on, only to be more stressed at the prospect of coming back “to reality” to see the problem.

Whoops, there goes gravity.

So what about this?

In CLEAR MIND, we explore a different way of dealing with stress: one that can have a more lasting and transformative effect on your life.

We start by asking ourselves: what really is the root of our stress? What role does our own mind play in the stress we are experiencing?

By understanding our own mind and how it works, we can discover a dimension of calm and clarity in ourselves.

We are then much better equipped to deal with stress, uncertainty, and the demands of modern life.

Questions we’ll explore

  • Why am I meditating?

  • How do I meditate?

  • How do I focus my mind?

  • What do I do with my thoughts?

  • How do I react to distraction?

  • What makes my practice meaningful?

  • What gets in the way of meditation?

  • What happens when I meditate?

  • This course brought me a different perspective that opened up the way I approach meditation and truly changed how I practice.

  • The weekly format helped me stay connected, even though the pace of life pulls me into other activities and I often forget to get back to it. I’ll definitely follow the next modules!

  • It’s been like opening a window in my mind — a different way of perceiving that brings a slow but steady process. That crack left open lets in some light, but I want a lot more to come in.
