Meditation is easy, but sitting and doing it?
That’s the hard bit, especially if you’re new to meditation (or even if you’re experienced - how often do you really meditate?)
Most of us really want to try meditation, but we might find it difficult to start, or we end up having to pay for an app to keep us going.
This challenge is different.
Establish a habit for life in 28 days.
Join us in person at Rigpa Amsterdam, Kuipersstraat 148, where we explore how we can best practice meditation in a way that helps us most, wherever we are and whatever we are doing. Plus you get added support, personal instruction, and connection with an awesome group of people.
Each week, we send you one meditation for you to explore. You can take your time with the meditation and get familiar with it rather than constantly adjusting to a new meditation each day.
You will also receive a daily prompt to reflect on (either via email or one of our Meditation Challenge WhatsApp groups) in your meditation.
