Open Heart Course
How would it feel to experience more kindness in your life?
To discover more resilience in difficult situations and feel confident in your own emotional stability and your potential to connect to others?
Starting 22 September, you are warmly invited to join our 10-week Open Heart programme on Tuesday evenings from 19:00 PM - 21:00 PM, in which we will explore how meditation can bring us more emotional ease and mental clarity.
Explore the tools we need to discover our own innate resources and cultivate a more gentle experience of life. We learn how to experience a stronger sense of kindness and personal wellbeing.
When we feel confident that we can ‘be there for ourselves’, it is a certain way to naturally open up meaningful connections with others. Taking regular moments to connect with our body and bring awareness to our feelings, empowers us to receive the kindness we need and radiate kindness towards those around us.
Throughout the programme we walk through a sequence of simple steps to help us do just that.
