Meeting Life’s Clouds with Calm and Clarity

Join us for 2.5 hours on Saturday, 11 April at the Brú Columbanu center as we explore a contemplative approach to Buddhist wisdom using practical tools of meditation to find clarity and space within the busyness.

Learn how calm your mind through meditation – and transform your life.

Our Bodhi Moments are short workshops on applying practices rooted in the Buddhist wisdom tradition, including meditation, compassion, and contemplation practices, to situations we face in our every-day life such as getting stressed out, feeling disconnected from loved ones, dealing with frustration, anger, and disappointment, and more.

Every Moment is a chance to come explore and share your experiences with others for a few hours, guided by our wonderful Bodhi instructors.

Continue the Moment with our Clear Mind Course!

Starting 13 April, you are warmly invited to continue this experience with a 10-week Clear Mind programme on Monday evenings from 19:00 PM - 21:00 PM, in which we will explore how meditation can bring us more emotional ease and mental clarity.

We find it isn’t enough to just plug in to a guided meditation for 10 minutes a day in the morning and then go about living our lives as usual - we end up getting frustrated, annoyed, stressed out, angry, and scared as if we didn’t really do much for ourselves in the first place.

This course is perfect for anyone at any level of experience - come start or deepen your meditation practice with us!

Norma Corcoran
Norma has spent many years studying and practicing meditation. She has been an instructor with Rigpa Cork since 2012 and she has served as the Rigpa Cork coordinator for many years. Norma also supports event management at Dzogchen Beara.


Irene Wunderlich
Irene studies and practices Buddhist teachings of meditation and compassion since many years, exploring the timeless wisdom of the Buddha.
How can we personally apply this ancient wisdom in our lifetime and find benefit and refuge within ourselves in these busy modern times? As part of the team at Rigpa Cork Irene held meditation and compassion practices over many years.


Gillian Riordan
Gillian has been an active member of Rigpa Cork for over 10 years. She has attended many courses and retreats during this time.
Gillian has co-facilitated the drop in Time to Meditate sessions in Cork for the past 2 years.
