You read a book about meditation (which, ironically, is not the same as meditating).
All of these are good starts. But starting was never the problem. The problem is that nobody teaches you how to keep going - and you lack the community to sustain and deepen your practice.
Building a meditation habit alone is like trying to learn guitar in a soundproof room. Technically possible. Practically, you'll quit by Thursday.

Over four weeks, we'll walk with you: sending you a fresh guided meditation each week, daily prompts to keep you on track, a weekly live practice session on Zoom, and a personal journal to help you notice what's shifting - because something will.
This isn't another app pinging you into guilt. It's a community of real people, guided by experienced meditation teachers, doing something simple together: sitting down, showing up, and beginning again when we forget.

For those who want more personal guidance, our premium option includes weekly 90 minute in-person sessions at your local Bodhi centre with other people who want to take their practice to the next level.
You'll practice together with others, receive direct advice from qualified meditation teachers, and have the chance to share your journal for personalised feedback.
