Clear Mind Meditation
What if we could be in our world with calm and ease instead of stress and overwhelm?
“From the moment I stepped into the room, though I knew no one in the course, I felt I had come home to myself or at least begun the journey of coming home…Our teachers guided us with kindness, compassion, and commitment to help me understand how to be present and practice Shamatha meditation.”
Do you ever find life can get overwhelming?
We might search for ways to bring ourselves to a clear and peaceful mind, but often, our thoughts and emotions feel too powerful to be ignored.
The busier we get, the more thinking we do, and the more agitated our minds become.
Starting 10 October, you are warmly invited to join our Online Clear Mind Meditation programme on Saturday mornings from 10:00 - 11:00 CET. We will explore how meditation can help us deal with stress and overwhelm in our lives.
“I gained so much from doing this course and now feel comfortable with my meditation practice. All the teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and generous…I would highly recommend this course.”
When our emotions go wild, or we are left in a state of stress and overwhelm, we disconnect from ourselves and those around us.
But what if we didn’t have to react that way?
What if we could find a way to calm our mind and connect confidently with ourselves and others, even in the midst of that overwhelm?
Journey with us as we examine how the ancient art of meditation, grounded in Buddhist principles refined over 2,500 years, can help us improve our quality of life, clarity of mind, and emotional ease as we move through the world.
