Bodhi Cork

Bodhi is a deeply meaningful and enriching journey for everyone involved in our Cork Programme

Throughout the most recent programme, participants appeared to gain greatly from the whole experience of Bodhi, both personally and spiritually. Many deepened their meditation practice, developing greater stability, presence, and confidence in their practice. There was also a noticeable growth in awareness, mindfulness, and inner reflection.

The atmosphere of shared learning, contemplation, and support created a strong sense of connection and inspiration within the group.

The courses are marked by a real sense of spaciousness and openness. Through the interactive nature of the sessions, the teachings come alive for participants, fostering trust, meaningful sharing, and a deeper sense of connection.

This supportive atmosphere greatly enriches the learning experience and helps participants engage with the practices in a genuine and personal way.

How would it feel to experience more kindness in your life?

To discover more resilience in difficult situations and feel confident in your own emotional stability and your potential to connect to others?

Explore the tools we need to discover our own innate resources and cultivate a more gentle experience of life. We learn how to experience a stronger sense of kindness and personal wellbeing.

When we feel confident that we can ‘be there for ourselves’, it is a certain way to naturally open up meaningful connections with others. Taking regular moments to connect with our body and bring awareness to our feelings, empowers us to receive the kindness we need and radiate kindness towards those around us.
