Bodhi Moment: Making Friends with Your Emotions
How would it feel to experience more kindness in your life?
To discover more resilience in difficult situations and feel confident in your own emotional stability and your potential to connect to others?
We can feel so much more than we let ourselves.
Join us for 2.5 hours on 5 September as we explore a contemplative approach to Buddhist wisdom using practical tools of meditation to open our hearts to our own innate wisdom and intelligence that reside within our emotions.
Our Bodhi Moments are short workshops on applying practices rooted in the Buddhist wisdom tradition, including meditation, compassion, and contemplation practices, to situations we face in our every-day life such as getting stressed out, feeling disconnected from loved ones, dealing with frustration, anger, and disappointment, and more.
Every Moment is a chance to come explore and share your experiences with others for a few hours, guided by our wonderful Bodhi instructors.
